Amazon Black Friday Deals Week starts Friday!

The Amazon Black Friday 2014 Deals Week sale will finally arrive on Friday, November 21st. The online web retailer has been offering deals since the start of the month in a countdown to this week. Now, they’ve released their week of deals which will move through Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday and Cyber Monday to compete with the likes of Walmart, Target, Best Buy and others. Let’s break down where to find the Amazon deals online.

Amazon-Black-Friday-Deals-WeekIt’s likely that Amazon unveiled these deals due to Walmart’s price-matching announcement which just came about on Thursday. The Walmart company has noted they will begin matching Black Friday deals as of Friday, Nov. 21st, so it makes sense Amazon would jump into the mix with their online deals. Amazon’s sale will last 8 days, but deals may be tough to grab unless you’re quick.

Many of the big deals are going to be offered as “time-limited” Lightning Deals or daily deals. There will be special deals released every ten minutes with not much warning given about when the deals will arrive. That means customers will need to pay close watch to Amazon’s site.

Prime subscribers may also be entitled to 30-minute early access for select deals, making it tougher for the average non-Prime shopper to score a “doorbuster” deal as Amazon refers to it.

So what can customers expect? Well that’s not completely revealed yet but a number of their deals for the upcoming eight days have been shown. Among the featured “doorbuster” deals are a 50-inch Toshiba TV for just $199.99. That will be a direct competitor to Best Buy’s doorbuster deal of a 50-inch Panasonic which is advertised for their big sale starting on Thanksgiving. Other Amazon deals include select Beats Studio Over-Ear Headphones for $199.99, top selling DSLR camera with two lenses for less than $500, up to 20% off Intel-powered laptops and 2-in-1 laptops, as well as many other big time deals. Here’s a few more to look for:

  • Panasonic Smart 3D Blu-ray player for just $35
  • Xbox One console at the lowest price ever on Amazon, includes extra digital content
  • Roku LT streaming media player for just $28
  • 50% off toys including Lincoln Logs Redwood Junction and Crayola Imagination Art Case
  • More than 50 Kindle books for $1.99 each including titles by Philip K. Dick and Ann Patchett
  • and much, much more!

You can shop the latest available deals here, with the sale starting Friday, November 21st at Amazon.

Thanksgiving is on Thursday, November 27th, with Black Friday on the 28th. Amazon’s sale will extend through these dates as retailers have customers lining up outside their real world stores. Cyber Monday will arrive December 1st, with deals likely to continue through then for the holiday shopping season.
