The Walmart Black Friday ad 2013 will be a part of what the company is saying will be their biggest sales and deals event yet. The number one retailer in the world has yet to leak any ads online, but it’s expected they will at least a week before the actual 2013 Black Friday shopping day arrives. As soon as it does, we’ll have the information here.
In anticipation of another big day in holiday shopping, Walmart has noted that it plans to focus more on different types of advertising for the upcoming holiday shopping season. Promotional efforts will include advertising through the NFL, the “Duck Dynasty” TV series and the Latin Grammys 2013 music awards. There’s also bound to be great deals offered here at Walmart’s Black Friday deals page.
A report from Media Post website recently said that Walmart has promised investors that their market share will be “50% greater than its nearest competitors” for every single week of this holiday shopping season. That’s a huge promise, but there’s been reports that they will be running huge TV, print, radio, web search and social media campaigns in conjunction with their leaked sales flyer in the coming weeks.
The president and CEO of Walmart Stores, Mike Duke, said when making remarks about the company’s upcoming plans, “We’re in a tough and unpredictable global economy. The competition is also tough. But we’re prepared to win in any environment.”
Walmart is currently the world’s most valuable company with an estimated revenue of 469.12 billion for fiscal year 2013. The company is reportedly employing over 2 million people at their various stores, and is currently the largest private employer in the entire world. When it comes to retail, nobody is bigger than Walmart, which has really taken over the market, despite competition from the likes of Target stores and of course the online presence of Amazon.com.
Online Black Friday leaked ads predictions suggest that Walmart’s 2013 Black Friday leaked ad will arrive on November 14th. That’s two weeks before Thanksgiving, giving shoppers ample time to consider the big deals “in store” for them on the shopping day. Last year it arrived around November 9th, although Black Friday was on an earlier date – Nov. 23rd. Stay tuned here at Holiday Gift Nation as we bring you all of the latest!
